Production & Processing Time

 

All products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party partners.

 

Production Time: 2–7 business days

 

Shipping Time: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

 

3. Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered. However, because products are made to order, we follow a limited return and refund policy similar to Printify’s standards:

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Wrong, defective, or damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a free replacement or refund.

 

Buyer’s remorse or wrong size? Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for these cases. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.

 

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be changed.
